Patchwork Plus - Life as a Quilter - Family

Patchwork Plus's farewell party with Ken and Phyllis and the gang.
I do miss these folks. :(

My project this week is quilting circles and stars.
Q

Joyce took a class I taught on Judy Martin's
Log Cabin book.  There are thousands
of pieces in this queen sized quilt.
Brighton trying to learn to put her little finger in the air.

One evening we took supper to Mother's house.  The children
played games and looked at old pictures.

Last week I spoke to a senior citizen's group on quilts.
At 103 years young, Ruth is still piecing.
If I live that long I hope I can still piece quilts.

Join the blog tour to win prizes and to check out some new blocks with Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks.
My block is on page 34, it is called Triangle Tricks.

Try to win my book.  It is addvertised in the
Quilters News Letter Magazine Feb/March issue.

I enjoyed taking my grandchildren on a wagon ride one day.

My niece got married on April 12.
 Sheri and Sam Horst.

I am enjoying my time with Asher.  I just love being a grandma.
