Enjoying Life

I enjoyed teaching the class " Gradient Star"  to the Southern Comforters of Bowie in Md.

Gradient Star

I spent a day with my sister Polly.  She worked on this dinosaur quilt for one of her grandchilden.  This is one side of the quilt and the other side is just as amazing.  Go to her blog to see the progress of this quilt. Polly the Patchworker

While with Polly I spent the day quilting.

Rebecca and I did some wedding shopping.
She treated me to a frappuccino  at Starbucks.

Mother, Autumn and I enjoying a morning at the

Unbelievable Gift! This was a gift given to me from the 7th and 8th grade boys shop class from Mountain View Old Order Mennonite School where I drive the school van. There were three boys in the class and they all rode my school van since 1st grade.
This is such a special gift.

  1. What fun you must have had with all those quilting ladies in MD. I know Mother enjoyed that auction. The flowers are beautiful. And special fun with Rebecca and Autumn. How nice of the boys to give you such a nice gift, ready for you to relax in.
