Winner of "Simply Triangles"

Winner of my new book "Simply Triangles" is
Angie S.
Thanks to everyone who participated.
This past week I went to Witchata, KS to teach at the Prairie Quilt Guild.  I will post more about my good time later.  From there I went to Pigeon Forge and joined Mother and 3 of my sisters at the
A Mountain QuiltFest.

We stayed with Cindy. Here she demonstrates what she learned in class.

Emily, my sister, cutting out fabric blocks.

Juila, sewing on her "In My Father's House Are Many Mansions" challenge quilt.

Mother, crocheting a trinket box.

June, doing hand work.  We have been thrift shopping, quilting, looking at the quilts and having a lot of fun being together.

Try another chance at winning my book by going to my sister

  1. Congratulations to Angie on winning the book!
Barbara, sounds like you had a fun time. You are so very blessed to have close family members to visit and get together with for fun times! I always enjoy seeing what you all are up to!

p.s. Would love for you to show Julia's quilt when she's all done.

  2. Oh Barbara how I wish I could be at two places at one time. I'm looking forward to hearing more about your time in Kansas and then more about your time at the Smokey Mt. quilt festival. Did you end up taking the Poka Dot class? My money went down the drain.

  3. Oooooh! Make me jealous!!!! I'm glad y'all had a wonderful time. I was with you in spirit if that counts!
