What can be done with the "Shenandoah Star" quilt?
Make a wall quilt from one of the hexagon.
Make two quilts and quilt them together, one on front and one on the back. Half the amount of quilting.
A smaller version of "Pinwheel Spin".
A blue rendition of "Simple Christmas Star" in Simply Triangles book. An overlay is on half the star diamonds to give the quilt dimension.
A zigzag stitch is used over embroidery thread to accent the star.
